Parents Association

The Parents’ Association plays a vital role in supporting the life of our school and strengthening the sense of community that surrounds St. Joseph’s BNS. The Association regularly organises online internet-safety training for parents, in partnership with neighbouring schools and facilitated by Zeeko. These sessions provide families with practical, up-to-date guidance on helping our boys stay safe online.
The Parents’ Association also runs a range of popular fundraising initiatives each year, including Christmas Cards, Christmas Pottery, the Blue Tesco Token Scheme, Bake Sales and Bridge Night events. These fundraisers not only bring families together but also enable the Association to contribute to school activities, events and resources that enhance daily life for all our boys.
Support from the Parents’ Association helps fund special moments throughout the school year. For example, the Association contributes to 6th Class graduation hoodies as the boys prepare for secondary school, and provides personalised mugs and hot chocolate for 2nd Class pupils following their First Holy Communion.
The Parents’ Association is always looking for new members and officers who can bring fresh skills, ideas and energy. Anyone interested in getting involved can contact the Association at stjosephsbnsparentsassociation@gmail.com.
