Our school choir has been busy in recent weeks, practising diligently and learning an exciting repertoire of songs in preparation for the upcoming Peace Proms. All of that hard work was rewarded recently when the boys attended a Peace Proms workshop, which proved to be a truly memorable and inspiring experience for everyone involved.
From the moment they arrived, the atmosphere was electric. The boys sang their hearts out, learned new choreography, and worked alongside other schools to create the powerful sound and energy that the Peace Proms is known for. The arena was filled with music, movement and excitement as the choir embraced every opportunity to perform, collaborate and enjoy the day to the fullest.
The workshop not only helped the boys to develop their musical skills and confidence, but also gave them a real sense of what it means to be part of something bigger. Seeing and hearing the combined voices come together was an unforgettable experience and has left everyone buzzing with anticipation.
It was a fantastic day of learning, teamwork and fun, and it has certainly heightened the excitement for the big performance ahead. We are incredibly proud of our choir and look forward to cheering them on as they take to the stage for the Peace Proms.
